My daughter attended Little Tamariki from the age of 3 to 5. As soon as we walked into the Dolphin room at Little Tamariki, there was a level of calm that I didn't expect to find at a preschool. There were clear routines, the teachers were all very friendly and welcoming and the children were all engaged in their activities.
When Charlotte first started at Little Tamariki she was extremely cautious when it came to physical activities, particularly those involving climbing/heights. The teachers at Little Tamariki encouraged Charlotte to take risks by creating an environment in which she felt safe and supported. Whilst she is still a relatively cautious child, she now climbs ladders and crosses bridges and monkey-bars with confidence and joy."

Little Tamariki was a wonderful environment for my son to blossom, during his time at Little Tamariki he was able to gain trust, confidence, independence and friendships with both the teachers and children. Montessori philosophy is also a fantastic program that prepares children from a young age for the journey ahead teaching important and valuable skills with responsibilities, social interactions, literacy and numeracy which was clearly taught at Little Tamariki. The teachers at Little Tamariki are also very in tune with their children ensuring that there are always activities that interest each child. Little Tamariki is a very safe, friendly, welcoming environment that I would recommend for any parent looking to send their child to an early childhood centre."
